Who we're looking for Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Employee Relations Analyst for the weekend night shift at Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina. Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the person in this role will support the department's objective to develop and maintain positive employee relations and assure that the management team understands the intent and spirit of Toyota Human Resources policies. This onsite position is based in Liberty, North Carolina. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. The schedule for this position is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; occasional weekday coverage when needed.
