The People Operations Coordinator supports core People Operations functions by managing employment verifications, Form I ‑ 9s, employee documentation, and HRIS data. They assist with new hire onboarding, employee events, engagement surveys, and the Summer Intern Program, while providing cross-functional support across HR workstreams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in H uman Re sources or related field , or equivalent years relevant experience
Ability to maintain confidential information
HRIS experience a plus
TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Coordinates logistics for training programs, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
Maintains accurate training records, certifications, and program data in the LMS, ensuring data integrity and reporting readiness
Tracks attendance and supports reporting on participation, completion rates, and program outcomes
Prepares and distributes L+D communications, reporting, and learning materials
Coordinates logistics for external education, including travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and employee support
Identifies process improvements related to scheduling, tracking, and program delivery and escalates opportunities
People Operations (Cross-Functional Support)
Supports new hire onboarding logistics, including pre-employment tasks and orientation coordination
Assists with planning and execution of employee events and engagement initiatives
Enters and maintains accurate data within the HRIS; runs reports and provides data to stakeholders
Supports company-wide engagement surveys and assists with preparation and data analysis
Assists with internship and early career programming coordination
Provides general administrative and project support across People Operations workstreams as needed
