4+ years of experience designing circuit boards for industrial controllers that meet FCC, UL, CSA and CE requirements
B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of related work experience; or
B.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.S.in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of related work experience
Traits of the ideal candidate:
Excellent abstract reasoning and problem-solving skills, with capability of documenting problem solving process and data used to make decisions
Experience laying out high speed memory buses in controlled impedance layout designs to meet timing tolerances of high-speed microprocessors and memory devices
Experience optimizing EMC test performance of high-speed circuits to meet regulatory and design requirements
A working knowledge of current technologies used in circuit board design and manufacturing processes and capabilities
A working knowledge of the IPC-A-610 standard
Experience in Design for Environment and Design for Manufacturing processes
