A bachelor's or master's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Law, Human Resources Management, or a closely related discipline is required. Possess 10 years of direct experience in Human Resources, including three to five years in managerial capacity. Demonstrated expertise in human resources management within a manufacturing environment.
