As an Administrator, you will provide a full range of administrative support to the service, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
You will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and professionals, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the wider team with a range of administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the service
Coordinate responses to enquiries made via telephone, email, text and website
Administrator at Recoveryfocus
Support service users through referral pathways, including booking appointments and signposting
Maintain electronic and manual appointment systems and referral information
Ensure accurate data entry using systems such as Excel, Access, Theseus and other databases
Prepare meeting and training rooms and coordinate room bookings where required
Attend meetings and take minutes when required
Maintain accurate records in line with organisational policies and audit requirements
Support stock control, stationery ordering and general housekeeping within the service
Assist with petty cash administration and reconciliation
Support campaigns, events and service projects as required
Provide support and cover for colleagues where appropriate
To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrable related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
Strong administrative skills, including experience using electronic monitoring and recording systems
Ability to collate and disseminate information effectively
Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role
Knowledge of quality systems and audit requirements
Experience in cash handling, petty cash reconciliation and general administration duties
