Total Loss Auto Physical Damage Manager

Responsibilities

• Travel within Texas to support and mentor field team members.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Total Loss Representatives.
• Oversee total loss claim handling, quality, and statutory compliance.
• Review claim files, adjuster work, and performance; provide feedback and evaluations.
• Manage workloads and resources in coordination with claims leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support catastrophic event response.
• Stay current on auto repair trends, total loss regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency with claims systems and auto estimating software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years of claims experience.
• Texas All Lines Adjuster License required.
• Strong knowledge of auto physical damage and total loss programs.
• Prior experience managing a Total Loss program and remote teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Must be bondable.
• Valid Texas driver's license and able to travel.
