Welcome patients in person or by phone; respond to or route inquiries appropriately
Prepare patients for appointments by directing or accompanying them to exam rooms
Verify and record patient information, including medical history and reason for visit
Assist providers during examinations and procedures
Prepare laboratory specimens and perform basic in‑office lab testing
Maintain sterile instruments and properly dispose of contaminated supplies
Educate patients on medications and provide instructions as directed
Accurately document examinations, treatments, and test results
Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly
Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Strong patient service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience
Education / Certification Requirements:
Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA. Alternatively, candidates with any of the following qualifications will be considered:
Bachelor's degree in Biology
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
Five (5) years of continuous experience working as a Medical Assistant

Monday: 7:45am-4:30pm (Haddonfield)
Tuesday: 7:45am-5:30pm (Mount Laurel)
Wednesday: 7:15am-3:45pm (Haddonfield)
Thursday: 7:45am-4:30pm (Voorhees)
Friday: 7:45am-4:30pm (Haddonfield)
Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00 - 12:00PM
