Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
Minimum of one unrestricted Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) type rating (no limitations other than circling approach; no SOE limitations)
Minimum of two (2) years of FAR Part 121 experience
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based applications
Ability and willingness to participate in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program
Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
Previous simulator instructor experience
Experience delivering ground school or structured pilot training
Physical Requirements:
Constantly ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Occasionally move into different positions in various environments, including confined spaces
Remain in stationary positions constantly, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Occasionally move about to accomplish tasks
Occasionally adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds
Occasionally perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers

CAE is seeking a Full‑Time 737 Simulator / Ground School Instructor to join our Training Department in Phoenix, Arizona . This role delivers simulator and classroom‑based flight training while fostering a professional, inclusive, and customer‑focused learning environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide instruction for initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent flight training in accordance with FAA, Transport Canada, and company policies and procedures
Provide flight training in accordance with the CAE 14 CFR Part 142 Training Center Manual
Ensure all required training, evaluations, and checks are accurately completed and documented
Maintain instructor proficiency and qualifications as required by 14 CFR Part 142
Promote and apply Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles throughout training activities
Monitor and assist with administrative programs across all areas of flight training, as required
Complete daily pre‑training checks to ensure training readiness
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager
