Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team: Data Delivery Client services team is a diverse team of collaborative, problem solvers and solution finders with a passion for providing the very best customer experience in a fast-paced environment. We are responsible for the support of applications and/or systems that deliver S&P data to our clients. We provide a 24 hours by 5 days a week support by having team representation in 3 regions. The Impact: We are seeking an outstanding client service team member and support enthusiast to engage with our clients through proactive consultation on the financial industry and S&P sophisticated software and product offerings. This person will be responsible for supporting customers migrations, implementations and on all operational matters. Client services team is contributing for the client relationship with company's groups by developing client-focused processes and solutions, ensure smooth user onboarding by providing necessary training. Associates gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development.
