Job Responsibilities Assist in conducting sourcing and evaluation with users and procurement based on pre-defined criteria set out by the Company's SOP. Prepare stand-alone agreements (e.g., NDA) and manage non-procurement contracts or letters while liaising with stakeholders and vendors. Administer the end-to-end process with the compliance department related to new vendor creation, data recheck, and maintenance using Procure-To-Pay (P2P) SAP Ariba. Generate and prepare regular or ad-hoc reports for stakeholder evaluation, performance, and decision-making. Streamline and automate existing procurement processes to drive efficiency. Interface with user departments, support, seek information, and provide advice as necessary. Perform any other tasks, duties, and/or projects as assigned. Job Requirements Education & Certification Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student. Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
