Responsibilities

  • Review, assess, and propose pricing bases using up‑to‑date internal experience data, external market research, and relevant industry benchmarks.
  • Prepare pricing basis documents and coordinate with regional stakeholders to obtain review and approval.

  • Lead various pricing projects and coach the junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, finance, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of working experience in actuarial field.
  • Good exam progress with a globally recognized actuarial association.
  • Strong programming skills, with experience in e.g. Python, SQL, Excel/VBA considered an advantage.
  • Ability to produce well‑structured, reusable, and well‑documented code when required.
  • Relevant assumption review and database handling experience is preferred.
  • Experience in actuarial modelling software, e.g. Axis, is a plus.
  • Highly organized, delivery-orientated with the ability to work with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Highly motivated, results oriented and solutions focused.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and demonstrate problem solving creativity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Innovative, proactive and improvement oriented.
