This role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure training materials are clinically relevant, impactful, and inclusive of all learning styles. The Clinical Onboarding Specialist is responsible for overseeing new employees integrate into the organization, conducts training sessions, and provides support to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
