Process daily cash receipt transactions in the ERP system
Monitor Accounts Receivable inboxes and review remittance documentation
Investigate and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments
Coordinate with Project Accountants to ensure accurate postings
Reconcile unidentified cash accounts during the month-end close
Maintain clear documentation and audit trails
Communicate effectively with Finance and internal stakeholders
Support ad‑hoc Finance tasks and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or transaction processing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable managing deadlines in a high‑volume setting
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Information

Experience with multi‑entity or intercompany accounting
Exposure to project‑based or public practice environments
Familiarity with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
Knowledge of Canadian taxes (GST/HST)

Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented Transaction Services Clerk- Cash Receipt to support our Finance team with cash receipts processing across multiple international entities and currencies. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem solving, working independently, and ensuring accuracy in high volume environments.
You'll play an important part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end closing, and collaborating with internal teams.
This role will operate under a remote setup and follow a night shift schedule, collaborating closely with our Finance team in North America.
