- Corpay is looking for an exceptional commercial leader to join our ANZ leadership team as Director of Customer Success. This position falls under our International Fleet - Vehicle Payments line of business and is based in Melbourne.

- The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Owning executive-level relationships across our largest and most strategic customer accounts
- Build and develop a high-performing Customer Success team, including capability development, operating disciplines and performance frameworks
- Leading the onboarding experience for major customers and ensuring successful adoption of our products and services
- Developing and executing customer growth strategies focused on retention, expansion, and portfolio growth
- Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base
- Leading the Strategic Account Management function across enterprise, leasing, and fleet customers
- Lead customer and partner relationships across the 1Link ecosystem, including leasing companies, fleet management organisations and dealer partners, ensuring strong engagement, retention and long-term commercial value
- Establishing scalable customer success frameworks including customer segmentation, customer health measures, account planning disciplines and retention programs
- Acting as a senior escalation point for strategic customer opportunities and challenges
- Work closely with Business Performance to ensure customer growth, retention and commercial outcomes are aligned with profitability, pricing and long-term value
- Contributing as a member of the ANZ leadership team and helping shape the future direction of the business
- Qualifications & Skills
- You'll likely bring:
- Significant experience leading Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Relationship Management, or Commercial teams
- A proven track record of growing existing customer portfolios through retention, expansion, and strategic account development
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business performance
- Experience managing large enterprise, B2B, fleet, financial services, fintech, or complex commercial accounts
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading teams through growth and transformation
- The ability to operate effectively across sales, service, operational, and executive environments
