Minimum of 3 years of experience managing employee benefits programs, supporting both hourly and salaried employees
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Canadian benefits programs is required , with working knowledge or exposure to U.S. benefits (or willingness to learn)
Experience administering health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off programs
Working knowledge of benefits regulations in Canada and general understanding of U.S. requirements
Strong analytical skills, including experience working with data and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and effectively
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
The compensation for this position is between $70,800 and $88,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications .

Job Summary
Step into a role where you will support and strengthen benefits and leave programs across Canada and the U.S. as part of a collaborative team. You'll work in a complex, multi-plan environment while helping evolve how work gets done-from manual processes to more streamlined, scalable solutions.
Working closely across HR and with external partners, you'll contribute to simplifying the employee experience, bringing structure to complexity, and continuously improving how programs are delivered.

Principal Responsibilities
Oversee and improve the delivery of employee benefits and leave programs across Canada and the U.S., ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience
Coordinate program execution, enhancements, and issue resolution, including support for key cycles such as open enrollment and program updates
Translate complex benefits information into clear, user-friendly communication for employees
Monitor regulatory requirements and support compliance across both countries
Analyze data, identify trends, and contribute insights to improve program effectiveness
Identify and support opportunities to streamline and modernize processes , particularly within leave administration
Build structure through documentation (e.g., process mapping, SOPs) to improve consistency and scalability
Provide high-quality, responsive support to employee inquiries, balancing accuracy, care, and timely resolution
