Requirements
1-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Understanding of distribution, logistics, warehousing and fulfilment methods.
Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems; history of optimizing processes and functions.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferences:
Master's degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics; or equivalent education and experience.
Thorough understanding of company products, operations, and logistics.
Experience in wholesale distribution or related fields
Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative outside-the-box thinker.
