The position is located in the New Bern Unit office and provides direct and indirect clerical assistance to three counselors and other paraprofessionals and support staff in the office. Job responsibilities include the following: - Greeting visitors and callers courteously and professionally, to include contact with staff, vendors, other departments and the public - Using a multi-line phone system to answer and route calls to appropriate staff members - Preparing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, inputting data, and completing billing processes for assigned staff - Receiving applications from clients, along with requesting and obtaining medical/treatment records - Documenting client information, interactions, and services into the case management system throughout the rehabilitation process - Utilizing office equipment and other relevant technology (software and systems) to meet office needs Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Grade Range: $39,244.00-$68,679.00 Recruitment Range: $39,244.00-$49,000.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.
