Manage a portfolio of global contracts by category
Prepare and draft contracts, gathering stakeholder input and using standard templates where possible
Maintain the contract repository, track milestones, process amendments, and oversee contract renewals or closeouts
Support negotiations by tracking changes, aligning stakeholders, and reviewing counterparty redlines
Support IT governance processes by ensuring contracts comply with internal policies
Provide administrative and analytical support for IT investment tracking
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure contracts align with approved investment decisions

Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We're building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.
We are looking for you if you:
Have master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance
Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in procurement operation and or contract management
Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,
Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,
Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks
Very good English skills (spoken and written)
Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred
