Prepare monthly general ledger entries , bank reconciliations, and monthly Additional Disclosure Pack (ADP) .
Conduct month-end and quarter-end reporting , balance sheet reconciliations, and review balance sheets with the Finance Business Partner of the respective business units.
Assist in preparation of internal and external audit requirements .
Support income tax reviews for tax-sensitive accounts.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as assigned by the Finance Business Partner.
Ensure continuous improvement in daily routines, promoting innovative ideas and process enhancements.
Ensure all reporting and month-end deadlines are met consistently.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. CA/CPA or equivalent qualified / partly qualified .
3-4 years of relevant working experience in financial accounting, preferably with General Ledger exposure .
Experience with Unibis or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous.
Solid financial accounting track record with project accounting skills.
Ability to take a hands-on role in financial and management reporting as required.
Strong focus on continuous improvement (Green Belt training preferable).
