WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Serve as the primary coordination point between Engineering, Project Managers (PMs), Production, Procurement, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and production flow. Analyze, prepare, and process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Change Orders (COs). Enter and manage new order entry and change orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met within defined timelines, including tracking long lead items and backorders. Maintain open order reports for key accounts and ensure alignment with project schedules. Proactively identify, communicate, and help resolve project delays, risks, and constraints, including flagging delays to customers when appropriate. Coordinate freight logistics and crane scheduling in support of project delivery requirements. Manage Outside Process (OSP) activities, including coordination of vendors, contracts, deliverables, and purchase order issuance (e.g., doors, stairs, bases, and other components). Issue purchase orders and support procurement activities, including third-party vendors and professional engineering services. Track and process receivables for shipped goods in coordination with internal stakeholders. Expedite responses, corrections, and solutions with engineering and cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines. Maintain individual workflow to ensure visibility into project status, prioritize workload, and support on-time delivery. Maintain project management metrics, reports, and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams including plant managers, operations, and scheduling to ensure alignment across project activities. Support Project Managers with complex coordination tasks and continuous improvement initiatives. YOU HAVE: Associate degree or equivalent experience required (3+ years in project coordination, operations, or similar role preferred). Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and reporting). Experience navigating and extracting information from ERP systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues. Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing business environment.
