Requirements

• Physician currently in residency or fellowship, or medical student who has completed third-year clerkships at an accredited U.S. program
• Strong interest in AI, healthcare technology, and improving medicine at scale
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to guide decisions
• Clear communicator who can build trust across clinical, technical, and business teams
• Passion for thoughtful design and user-centered products
• About the fellowship
• This 12-month, full-time contractor role is intended to begin July 1st, 2025, with some flexibility. The position may be based at Doximity's San Francisco headquarters or performed remotely within the United States (strong preference for HQ placement if desiring to be on AI teams).
