Team Summary The Employer Branding team consists of three members. We focus on strengthening both the internal and external employer brand through strategic communications, engagement initiatives, partnerships, and events. The team specializes in employer branding campaigns, internal communications, employee engagement projects, industry events, university partnerships, and community initiatives. We collaborate closely with Recruitment, HR, Marketing, Engineering, and external partners to achieve business growth and talent attraction goals. Job Summary The Employer Brand Manager role is central to strengthening both the internal and external employer brand by leading and designing high-impact initiatives. There is a strong emphasis on events and partnerships to connect, inspire, and engage talent. The primary goal is to establish a distinctive employer reputation, which is reflected in a positive market perception, high employee engagement, and stronger team alignment with the company's vision and goals. Responsibilities and Duties Drive initiatives that strengthen both the internal and external employer brand Track market trends, benchmark competitors, and identify opportunities to strengthen SQUAD's positioning in the tech talent market Plan and deliver all employer branding events and activities, including industry conferences, meetups, university programs, community projects, and internal engagement initiatives Organize company-owned events end-to-end, which includes sourcing speakers, launching campaigns, and managing all operational aspects Build and expand partnerships with internal stakeholders (HR, Recruitment, Engineering) and external partners (universities, professional communities, vendors, industry associations) Oversee the creation of content for campaigns, events, and communication channels, ensuring alignment with SQUAD's EVP and brand identity Lead internal branding efforts through internal communications, company events, and employee engagement activities to strengthen company culture, employee experience, and alignment with organizational values Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in event planning and coordination, with the ability to design, organize, and deliver impactful events end-to-end Demonstrated project management skills, including a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience with vendor and supplier management, coordinating external partners, agencies, and suppliers Experience with merchandising management, overseeing the production and distribution of branded materials Advanced written and spoken English Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in analytics and reporting (ability to measure, analyze, and report the effectiveness of branding activities) Strong capacity for creativity, communication skills, collaboration, attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, and proactiveness Related experience working in the Tech domain
