About the role
We're seeking a Forward-Deployed Product Manager who is motivated to fix how behavioral health care is managed, delivered, and paid for in the United States. What You'll Be Doing at Onos Own the own the strategic relationship with the client, understand their pain points, and help guide to the product for their specific needs Develop deep fluency in how health plans operate across utilization management, prior authorization, and clinical workflows so you can anticipate needs and drive real outcomes Translate customer requirements into clear product specs and acceptance criteria that your engineering partner can execute against Manage project timelines and delivery, holding the pod accountable and communicating proactively when things shift Surface patterns across your accounts that inform the broader product roadmap Help define the playbook for how Onos serves customers as we grow
