Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority talent strategy and organizational effectiveness initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and urgent delivery of business-critical outcomes.

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR or related) strongly preferred.
  • 12+ years' progressive experience in talent strategy, organizational design/development, and business transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated track record leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives and consulting with senior executives.
  • Experience developing and implementing organizational effectiveness frameworks, tools, and materials.
  • Capability in instructional design, facilitation, and coaching senior leaders.
  • Experience with agile, sprint-based, or rapid solution delivery methodologies.
