Responsibilities

- 12+ years' progressive experience in talent strategy, organizational design/development, and business transformation roles.
- Demonstrated track record leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives and consulting with senior executives.
- Experience developing and implementing organizational effectiveness frameworks, tools, and materials.
- Capability in instructional design, facilitation, and coaching senior leaders.
- Experience with agile, sprint-based, or rapid solution delivery methodologies.
