We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Project Leadership with demonstrated Biopharmaceutical and CRO experience to drive operational excellence across a dynamic portfolio of studies. This strategic role combines hands-on project oversight, ensuring we deliver for our customers, maintain the highest quality standards, and execute with excellence. Within our high-performing culture you will ensure we deliver exceptional clinical service and serve as a strategic advisor in delivering service to clients. Key Accountabilities Lead project delivery and hold teams accountable to milestones and deliverables Own profitability, margin expansion, and cash flow targets across your portfolio Drive operational data compliance, analytics, and process improvements Participate in risk and quality governance across the portfolio Build cross-functional partnerships and foster direct, purposeful communication Develop talent, manage performance, lead by example Lead or support department and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives Manage account-level oversight and P&L responsibility as applicable Required Qualifications
