Leads planning and coordination for large‑scale disputes initiatives, including scope definition, sequencing, dependency management, and success metrics. Manages strategic relationships with third‑party disputes vendors to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities, contractual commitments, and long‑term capability goals. Partners with internal stakeholders to evaluate vendor solutions, enhancements, and platform evolution opportunities. Drives roadmap progress by coordinating across product, technology, compliance, and business teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed. Translates strategic objectives into business requirements, initiative plans, and measurable outcomes that deliver business and client value. Provides leadership in initiative governance, including risk identification, issue resolution, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications. Contributes to visioning, product planning, and future‑state design for disputes capabilities, informed by industry trends, regulatory changes, and network rules.
