The Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture seeks a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator II to manage daily office operations and serve as a central resource for faculty, staff, and students. This role oversees key administrative functions including office management, copier and supply coordination, key control, textbook and desk‑copy processing, and the development and enforcement of departmental procedures. The coordinator provides comprehensive support to departmental leadership through scheduling, meeting preparation, catalog updates, and submission of work orders, while also serving as the department's primary contact for parking, telecom, and space management. Additional responsibilities include assisting with course scheduling, faculty credentialing, evaluation processes, and classroom assignments, as well as supporting TEA certification workflows. The position also plays a key role in planning and executing departmental events, managing logistics for visiting scholars, and coordinating major faculty and staff award nomination processes.
