Ideally, 2-4 years in cost segregation, preferably with undergraduate degree in construction management, architecture or engineering.

In this role, you will...
Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct construction quantity take-offs.
Perform analyses of a variety of property types (retail, office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
Work alongside other team members tasked with supporting cost segregation projects for a variety of purposes.
