About the role
In this opportunity as HR Advisor , you will: Administer Tier 2 consultations for performance/behavior management (coaching, documentation, PIPs, outcomes) and conduct ER consultations/investigations, conflict resolution, policy guidance, and terminations. Coordinate natural disaster support/actions and related communications. Maintain accurate case records, meet SLAs, contribute to knowledge articles, and identify self-serve/automation opportunities. Imparts knowledge (policy, process, and application) in all HR disciplines to first line managers. Use HR case management technology as a core delivery channel, ensuring timely case resolution, appropriate escalation, and consistent service delivery. Works independently and or closely with HR specialists to help resolve queries which arise directly from the business. Works with frontline leaders to ensure that discipline management is properly implemented in accordance with local labor laws. About you: You're a fit for the HR Advisor if you: 3-5 years' HR experience in ER/performance within regional scope; solid understanding of HR operations and compliance. Proven industry experience, and demonstrated leadership skills in Human Resources Working knowledge of local labor law, leaves/accommodations frameworks, and RIF practices. Proficiency with case management systems and HR data; strong documentation and consultative skills. Effective organization, communication, discretion, and cultural awareness.
