Design and Implement SIAM Architecture:
Define the SIAM architecture, including processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
Configure tools to best support client-specific requirements.
Service Provider Management:
Identify and manage relationships with all service providers, both internal and external.
Ensure the service model aligns with client needs.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive ongoing improvements in SIAM processes by identifying and implementing best practices.
Regularly assess and optimize the service model.
Expert Guidance:
Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on SIAM-related matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
Smooth Transitions:
Manage transitions during service activation and service model design.
Ensure tooling fits the needs of the service model
Client e-bonding:
Lead client e-bonding workshops
Ensure end-to-end processes and ticket flows work correctly
Client Onboarding:
Facilitate client stakeholders' adoption of the Service Portal.
