Contracts Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced federal contracting professional to provide full-spectrum acquisition and contracting support to Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC) contracting officers onsite at Patrick Space Force Base. This role is ideal for a former GS‑1102, Contracting Officer, or Contract Specialist who has operated with a limited warrant and is familiar with fast‑paced, mission‑driven acquisition environments within the Department of Defense or U.S. Military. As a "journeyman‑level" Contracting Specialist, you will contribute to end‑to‑end acquisition activities-from planning and market research to contract formation, administration, and closeout. You will be a trusted partner to contracting officers and program teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professionalism throughout the contracting lifecycle.
