Job Responsibilities
Provide application support for enterprise human resource systems and related platforms.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop, test, debug, and document enhancements and fixes for business applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and issue resolution.
Support mission-critical applications that require high availability and reliability.
Design and develop applications and reporting solutions using modern programming frameworks and tools.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of enterprise systems, applications, and technology platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between technology solutions and organizational objectives.
Manage and coordinate data and system changes throughout the application lifecycle to maintain integrity and consistency.
