SRES specializes in the repair, overhaul and parts sales of Heavy Industrial Turbines, Aero Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, and electromechanical equipment for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation industries. Position Summary (TSF) The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily shop floor operations to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved scopes, procedures, and quality standards. This role leads technicians and shop personnel, manages production schedules, and ensures all work is completed accurately and on time. The Production Supervisor works closely with Operations, Project Management, and Inventory teams to support execution, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
