Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field or discipline
Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Computer Experience: Microsoft suite, Autocad, & Solidworks
3+ years manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
High computer proficiency: SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project.
Strong statistical/math skills, and ability to utilize spreadsheets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and complete multiple engineering projects at the Cambria.
Locate or source equipment needed to complete projects.
Contact vendors for technical equipment details, pricing information, and develop project budgets.
Prepare capital expenditure requests and route to the appropriate people for approval.
Create presentations and documentation for operational team
Create and maintain project files including project scope of work, project notes, and project close out documents.
Request purchase orders after receiving approval on capital expenditure reports.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within the established budget.
Prepare a project Schedule and ensure that equipment is ordered and installed on time to maintain project timeline.
Compare functionality and price when investigating new equipment options.
Visit equipment vendors as needed to get accurate comparisons of equipment options.
Work to continuously improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of projects.
Develop ideas and solutions to production problems as they arise at the facility.
Provide support for project drawings as needed.
Assist with maintenance projects at the Plant as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel between Cambria facilities.
Ability to travel to vendors locations for equipment testing and equipment validation.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 40 lbs.
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria, including:
Steel toed boots
Hearing protection
Cut resistant gloves
Safety glasses
High visibility vest
Hard hat
Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Occasionally work in wet and/or humid conditions
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
