About the role
As Lassie's Growth Lead, you'll be responsible for turning customer love into compounding demand. Responsibilities
- Own the growth system across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Use customer insight, data, and experimentation to find the channels and messages that scale
- Turn what's working into repeatable growth loops
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience finding and scaling growth loops
- You've worked at an early-stage startup
- You bring rigor of thought: not only did you get a growth loop to work, but you can also articulate what you did and replicate it in a different context
- You already use AI tools daily to build and operate, and you're excited to figure out how AI reshapes distribution and growth strategy from the ground up
