Job Description: The ideal candidate should have analytical and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics is required. Exposure to Oracle ERP or related systems is beneficial but not required. Essential Functions: The Cost & Pricing Analyst I will assist in maintaining pricing structures, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and Production Routings in Oracle under guidance. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day pricing operations, validating data within legacy systems and Oracle Cloud, and participating in basic facility health checks. Collaborates with team members to understand ERP workflows, focusing on foundational tasks and contributing to cross-departmental activities while building expertise in pricing and costing processes. Cost & Pricing Analyst I Responsibilities: Learn and perform tasks with assistance from senior analysts and the manager. Assist in building price lists, associations, and strategies in Oracle Cloud for Supply facilities and their customers. Assist in resolving JIRA tickets related to item enablement and failed transactions by gathering information and collaborating with Team Members to implement solutions. Support day-to-day maintenance of Pricing, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and Production Routing. Collaborate with the ERP Data team to efficiently move pricing data from lower environments to production and during go-live support. Support the team in validating and completing basic item enablement steps in Oracle under guidance, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Update systems, deal sheets, and quotes with price changes, notifying relevant stakeholders. Participate in cross-departmental meetings, focusing on validation and support tasks. Monitor unit costs, negative margins and price variances alongside financial accountants. Conduct pricing audits and maintain an organized online filing system for vendor quotes, deal sheets, and related documents. Assist functional analysts with data validation, mass uploads, and basic updates in Oracle to support pricing and costing data accuracy. Support existing teams in conducting facility health checks and participating in site visits for assigned facilities and product mix, focusing on learning processes and assisting with data validation. Foster teamwork and collaboration, supporting a collaborative work environment. Qualifications & Skills Required : Bachelor's (4 year) degree (Preferred focus: Business Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineer) 1-3 years of Analytics or related experience is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with preference for ERP or Oracle experience Ability to travel to on-site facilities, as needed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment Willing to learn, curious, accountable, and assertive Why Clayton?
