8 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be PC literate and possess strong computer skills with applications within a Microsoft Windows/Office environment.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.
Must be able to manage work to deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:
$86,131 - $143,551
Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Analyze and manage policies/procedures to assure Inventory integrity and to apply controls that ensure accurate inventory costing, timely transactions, physical/system reconciliations and various reporting. Conducts and participates in various audits and responds to adverse audit findings to implement effective corrective action plans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain monthly reporting as established by management
Assist in developing and maintaining metrics
Support annual and periodic Audits of WIP
Audit WIP Jobs to verify all components have been properly issued
Research significant count discrepancies
Assess transactional records
Create, maintain multiple databases, analyze data, report anomalies
Present solutions to anomalies and drive issues to conclusion
Prepare reports and presentations
Support audit requests from finance
Prepare and assess residual inventory reports and supporting data
Contribute to all relative SOP and support all relative process redesign
Support the department in establishing, documenting and implementing new processes as needed
Assist lower level employees
Performs other duties as assigned
