Deliver and oversee the provision of high - quality care to residents Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team Provide clinical leadership, ensuring individualised, integrated, effective and safe clinical care Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
