Position Summary To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. To collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team. To supervise work of support staff. Per-Diem Rate: $66.50 Education Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Schedule: Hours as needed with shifts as follows: Monday-Thursday alternating 7-3:30 and 11-7:30; Fridays alternating weekly 7-3:30 or 9-5:30; Seasonal Saturdays.
