About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Woodlawn Golf Course in Ramstein Air Base, Germany. This position is ineligible for Logistical Support. The purpose of this position is to perform the full range of custodial duties in an assigned area within the Woodlawn Golf Course. Moderately heavy physical effort is required. Heavy lifting occasionally 50 pounds or more; pushing and moving furniture; work from ladders. Who May Apply: Open to everyone. Qualifying Experience: Ability to properly use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Ability to clean and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment. Ability to perform the full range of cleaning duties. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps. Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.
