Technology Adaptation: quickly learn, adapt to, and implement new technologies and product updates.
Education & Technical Skills
Degree from a technical college or university in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical systems with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Sound knowledge of mechanical tools, electronic measuring devices, software applications, and IT networks.
Soft Skills & Mindset
Autonomy: highly independent, committed, and pragmatic approach to work, with the ability to manage your own schedule responsibly.
Customer Focus: strong problem-solving attitude with a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction and clear communication.
Travel & Languages
Travel Availability: willingness to travel extensively (typically Monday to Friday, around 50% travel rate ), with free weeks between assigned projects.
Languages: fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of additional languages, like Greek , is a distinct advantage.
Experience: previous experience in customer-facing or field service is highly desirable.

Controls the execution / installation of a technical discipline at the installation site. We are currently looking for a Hardware Installation Engineer to join our team providing installation services across the South Europe region (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus and Malta). To be considered for this role, candidates are required to reside in Northern Italy, close to an international airport.
As a Hardware Installation Engineer, your main function will be to provide highly visible customer support by performing on-site installations of linear accelerators (linacs) and imaging systems.
