Cook

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a cook at a camp, school, residential program or other food service establishment .
• Serve safe certification is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license reliable transportation, and Auto Insurance
• Responsibilities include:
• Preparing, cooking or serving dinner for clients and staff according to the menu plan and schedule
• Providing good customer service to our clientele and staff
• Cleaning of the kitchen after preparation and serving while maintaining high standard of cleanliness. Following proper food safety guidelines and standard SOP's. (standard operating procedures)
• Maintaining proper storage and rotation of stock. Labeling and dating of food
• Other duties as needed
• Compensation: $20.00-$22.50 per hour, based upon qualifications, certifications and education
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00AM- 7:00PM with Sunday and Monday off every week.
