Senior Recruiter - Business Analytics

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in the recruiting and sourcing of Strategy Analysts, which are a pivotal role in Capital One. The associates you hire will lead teams or individually contribute to our company's success. You take a creative approach to seeking out the best talent, employing innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our business clients and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. Your internal clients are very engaged in, and will be working closely with you to support the recruitment process. This role, and the associates you hire, will have a huge impact on helping Capital One Canada drive forward.
