Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you will foster the CX experience by being a subject matter expert for your community and compose personalized, memorable experiences throughout the home buying journey. As an integral member of the team, you continue to develop educational relationships with prospective homebuyers and current homeowners. Your development begins by supporting your Area Sales Manager throughout the sales home buying process, maintain MLS listings, assist with administrative tasks and answer common questions from customers. You seamlessly connect with Sales and Marketing, Design, Construction, Customer Care, Purchasing, and Accounting teams as needed throughout the customer journey. *This role requires consistent weekend and evening work (Sales Centre hours) *
