Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.
2. Provide timely and accurate records and bookkeeping data to the Compass Connections Executive Director.
3. Provide oversight of assigned division assets using a pre-determined system for procuring, assigning, and reassigning assets as it related to A-133 guidelines and agency policy.
4. Ensure all vehicle leases are up to date and all maintenance and safety recalls are completed according to lease requirements.
5. Serve as the chair of the division Safety Committee.
6. Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training, and team decisions.
7. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor.
8. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass
Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community
members and complying with required dress code at all times.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Provide evaluation and supportive services to programs in the residential service division in the areas of assets, maintenance, food, transportation, and travel/safety.
2. Serve as a liaison between the residential programs and supply vendors, using Compass Connections procurement as appropriate, as it relates to travel, safety, food, maintenance, and assets.
3. Provide tactical and strategic coordination during emergency evacuation of the service population.
4. Provide oversight of division safety initiatives and workplace safety data
5. Provide evaluative oversight of the National School Lunch Program activities and deliverables and supervision of the National School Lunch Program Director.
6. Work irregular days/hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, depending on needs.
7. Frequently transverse from one location to another.
8. Meets all deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners.
9. Foster Care Programs - Support, encourage, and recruit foster parents.
