The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Global Logistics Analyst for Global Logistics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Responsible for performing analysis and maintenance of logistic & transportation transactional data
Investigating and troubleshooting logistics and transportation issues in collaboration with international stakeholders
Analyze logistics, freight, and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities
Maintain accuracy of transport-related master data
Identifying improvement opportunities and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues
Close cooperation and follow-up with sources of supply (Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers)
Responsible for escalation of issues as needed
Responding to order status enquiries from Customer Service / Business Logistic Services Organizations on a Global level
Proactive problem identification and resolution
Observe and report process risks to the Supervisor
Responsible for completing assigned tasks within agreed SLA targets
Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
