MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Treasury, including: manage and report on daily cash balances for US and Canadian bank accounts, short- and long-term cash forecasting, ACH/Wire transfers and weekly check runs
Accounts Receivable cash application
Supplier/Vendor Maintenance
Ensure corporate debt and interest payments are initiated in accordance with due dates.
Payroll integrations and journal entries
Close requirements including journal entries, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and various reporting responsibilities
Preparation of quarterly and annual SEC schedules
Regulatory Reporting
Participation in the development of the annual budget, monthly forecast, and related analytics
Cooperate with internal and external auditors and respond timely to their requests
Other duties as assigned by management
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
