About the Program Program combines 2 areas of Sales work in which you will have the chance to learn skills which every good sales leader needs to have: Already in the first phase of your journey, you are responsible for big projects, working in close collaboration with Customer or Category teams from the beginning. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future. You will contribute to planning and developing business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom. Potential assignments: Selling I Market Strategy & Planning I Store Development I Store Execution Organization I Distributor Operations I Category Management During the program you will: Work with key market retailers (like Rossmann, DM, Auchan) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers' needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations. Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills , but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding. Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply).
