Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the HR strategy for the Americas region in close alignment with global HR and regional business leadership

- Serve as a trusted partner and lead negotiator with employee representative groups
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Talent & Reward Strategy Review and maintain competitive salary structures and career frameworks across the region
- Strengthen talent pipelines and organizational capability through strategic workforce initiatives
Requirements
- 15+ years of proven senior HR leadership experience within a multinational organization, ideally in both corporate and manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business-aligned HR strategies
- Strong expertise in organizational transformation, labor relations, and change management
- Deep understanding of U.S. and regional labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- A balanced approach to both strategic leadership and operational execution
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
