Responsibilities

  • Employee & Labor Relations Lead and resolve complex employee and labor relations matters during periods of change
  • Serve as a trusted partner and lead negotiator with employee representative groups
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Talent & Reward Strategy Review and maintain competitive salary structures and career frameworks across the region
  • Strengthen talent pipelines and organizational capability through strategic workforce initiatives

Requirements

  • 15+ years of proven senior HR leadership experience within a multinational organization, ideally in both corporate and manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business-aligned HR strategies
  • Strong expertise in organizational transformation, labor relations, and change management
  • Deep understanding of U.S. and regional labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • A balanced approach to both strategic leadership and operational execution
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
