As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Swedish according to community guidelines. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate content submitted by users in Swedish to ensure compliance with community standards. Accurately classify content based on set moderation policies and guidelines. Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams. Provide insights on emerging content trends to help improve moderation processes. Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance the quality of moderation. Stay updated with company policies and industry best practices in content moderation. Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar position is preferred. Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly. Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
